The syntax for the ZTEST function in Microsoft Excel is: ZTEST(array, mean, standard_deviation) array is the range of cells that contains the data to test. mean is the mean of the population. standard_deviation is the standard deviation of the population.
About ZTEST Excel Function
ZTEST returns the one-tailed probability-value corresponding to a z-test. For example, if the z-test statistic is -1.96, and you want to know the probability that the population mean is less than the mean of the sample, use ZTEST, specifying a significance level of 0.05.
