Syntax and Description of the MIRR Excel Function
The basic syntax for the MIRR function in Microsoft Excel is:= MIRR (values, finance_rate, reinvestment_rate)values - Required. An array or a reference to cells that contain numbers for which you want to calculate the MIRR. finance_rate - Required. The interest rate you pay on the money used in the project. reinvestment_rate - Required. The interest rate earned on the cash flows from the project that are reinvested.
About MIRR Excel Function
MIRR returns the modified internal rate of return for a series of periodic cash flows. MIRR considers both the cost of the investment and the interest earned on reinvestment of cash flows.
